The Customer Support teams are energetic and have a passion for great customer service and they are often the first point of contact our customers have with our organisation. You will have the opportunity to work alongside some great colleagues who will doing a similar customer service role to you. Our Customer Support Advisors are a team who work mainly on the phone taking customer calls but also support our customers by other channels.

Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Being the first point of contact to take incoming calls for our customers, successfully managing, investigating and where possible, resolving all queries in line with our guidance and policies  
  • Offering great levels of customer service (via phone, email etc) and building and maintaining good relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Accurately process and input information required for our customers systems, in line with service level agreements
  • Proactively look for ways to improve our services

To do this role well you will:

  • Have gained some previous customer service experience eg, retail, contact centre, hospitality
  • Be empathetic and patient, able to deal with challenging customers
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Proven ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong PC literacy with good data entry skills
  • Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) - Including English and Maths.

In return for your skills and experience, we can offer you hybrid working options for a 37hr week (full time) with start and finish times between 8.30am – 5pm, or part time hours to suit (with a minimum of 20% office working plus business needs, with the expectation of office attendance every day for training.).
